If the employee's shift starts from 8:30 in the morning, then they will call us at 5:00 a.m. 4:00 a.m. 3:00 a.m. and it's always happens there.

Best thing is that we work for 5 days in a week. Only 8hrs job. Beyond 8hrs we get OT. Salary is ok but not same across other branch of same mission. No review or increase happened since 4years! Training opportunities are not bad. Promotion facilities are very poor!

Dislikes

Supervisor changes every two years! So developing a work relations with new bosses every two is a critical part of your career. High expenditure in own property management but no expenditure in personnel retainment and promotions or salary increase!
