There Salary system, they don't give salary on time you have to ask again and again and there response will be like, talk to head, we didn't get payment from clients, talk about this tomorrow or after this date. No work life balance, they'll ask you to work on weekends saying please manage it and after that they'll say we never asked you to submit it on weekends, even after office time till 12 or 1 AM No such skill development Have to do same work again and again, all they need is work even if it is copied they don't care Extra work with no extra benefits, no incentives No holidays, even on holidays you have to work and before holiday or special days the work load gets double No professional behaviour using informal words, Your department head doesn't care even others are giving you work When you ask about salary, they'll say why you need it or what work you have I'll pay but don't ask for salary...Read More
