I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

DigiSME I have been working at DigiSME for the past three months, and it has been a truly enriching experience. The company has positively impacted my professional journey and personal growth. My Team Leader (TL) has been exceptionally supportive, teaching me a lot and helping me enhance my skills. DigiSME takes good care of its employees, providing thoughtful benefits like snack cards, which is a great initiative. The play area is a fun addition, though the time slots are limited. My only suggestion would be to consider providing a canteen facility, as it would greatly benefit employees and add to the overall convenience. Apart from this, everything about the company is fantastic—be it the work environment, team collaboration, or growth opportunities. I'm grateful to be part of such a wonderful organization....Read More
