The only pro is hybrid work culture

Dislikes

The company culture is extremely toxic, with clear favouritism among employees. Certain "leaders" enjoy all the benefits while others are overworked, undervalued, and denied growth opportunities. Hard work and dedication mean nothing here. Efforts are dismissed, and toxic office politics thrive. The CEO and management show no respect for employees, creating a suffocating work environment . HR, instead of being a trusted support system, leaks private concerns to the entire office. Taking leaves, even in emergencies, is difficult and results in gossip behind your back. Leadership lacks vision, and the company stagnates because they believe they are superior without actually improving. If you want a workplace that values you, this is not the palace....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
