Upraisal process is unfair Salary Hike is very less Transport facility is very bad they will club different routes people in 1 cab which will cause a lot of delay for u to reach home if u r last drop and the cab timings are also too early for pickup for 6 am shift they pick me up at 4:20 am

Work life balance is good at client location. Not much pressure.

Dislikes

No recreational activity (Diwali,Christmas no celebrations) , No HR meets, it seems we are just placed at client location. Whatever client says we have to agree since we are billable. Appraisal's are worst, if you join ask for a big hike in advance, There will not be more than 2% increment on appraisal.
