You will have flexibility in working. And have all the rights to disrespect any employee if you want management will watch and ignore it and not take any action.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

People who work hard may not always be recognised if they don’t maintain good relationships with management. In many cases, those who flatter their bosses, even if they speak negatively about them behind their backs, are often favoured. Meanwhile, dedicated employees may be shuffled between tasks and eventually pushed out, with claims that they are underperforming.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
