Director is wierd he is PHD .....but behaves like stupid illiterate person .....not having sense to talk with others ....keep on abusing each and everyone daily ...... Also he is having 2 3 ( Deepak yadav, shailendra Sharma, Amit , khumbhar , chavan ) people with him who are directors Gotti ......these people are that weird that they can praise directors back hole if ordered. All are UP vale bhaiya lok. In short this DGC company is myth. And most importantly this company do not pay you for three months ......u get ur salaries once in 3 months and if you try to leave this company even after giving notice then to you will not get any salary , any documents from them so that worst this company is. So think before joining such fraud organization....Read More

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
