I was working there for about 6 months and culture is nice ,but what to do with culture when you dont have the job security.no proper training, no advancement in tech.

Dislikes

Their HR Ayushi lacks etiquette. Also they demotivates the employee then how can they expect to perform at their best. also NO PF , no job safety/security.

Nothing, There is nothing in this company to like it, Each and Everything is very pathetic and poor.

Dislikes

Everything (Pathetic Working culture, No senior support, Unprofessional Behaviour, No timely promotion or appraisal, No Incentive culture)

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
