I'm an Associate Trader at Desvelado Advisory. I joined in November 2023 as an intern for 6 months and from June 2024, I have been working as a full time employee. I never thought that any company's work culture could be this good as I never had to do any overtime or something sort of that. One thing that I like the most about this company is that the environment around us is so positive and every colleague is always ready to help you whenever you need it. Last but not the least, our HR ma'am is also very helpful and is always ready to help in every situation possible. Lastly, talking about our mentor, also the owner of the company, is a man from whom I have learnt many things. He is always there to help you whether you are performing good or your performance is not up to the mark. He always motivates you and helps you to improve in whichever way he can....Read More

I have 10 years of experience, and I can confidently say this is one of the best companies to work for, for several reasons. 1. Management consistently operates with compassion, valuing and recognizing hard work. 2. Office hours are 9 am to 4.30 pm ,which is much more flexible compared to other companies where the standard timing is either 9 am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm. 3.Additionally, Saturdays are off contributing to excellent work life balance. 4. The infrastructure is state-of-the-art. 5. Learning,training and mentorship opportunities are always accessible here. 6. Also Leave Policy for employees provides 2.5 days off per month along with Saturdays off supports maintaining healthy work-life balance. It's around 2years old startup, and I have been working here for almost 1.5years now. Being one of the first employees, I think I have gone through every type of situation anyone here will go through, In 1.5years I have secured 2 promotions and appraisals. When I first came here, (I have no shame in sharing) I was totally a newbie in this field of trading and research but I was eager to learn, even if I have to go out of my way for that, and I was lucky I found Desvelado, because they literally (I mean it) took me from 1 to 7 on a scale of 10 in all of the things I know today in this field. You shouldn't join here if you have a mindset of easy (anti-hustle) life and you don't want to work hard on your own growth, such people might not like Desvelado, but let me get one thing clear, this industry is extremely difficult and competitive, so Desvelado expects from you that you spend atleast 2x time on your growth as much as they are spending on you.
