I am working in Destech solutions as a project engg. Before 2 years. Destech solutions are vendor of Mahindra heavy engines.From Mahindra Heavy engines are get tools for modification so I will go there get data about that and make it.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
