Worst work culture There is camera and voice recorder everywhere No place for doctors to sit If you are a BDS , then they will keep you for non clinical work which has no relevance They don’t trust you as a doctor, even MDS are not allowed to do advance procedures

Entire butta family is pathetic.They do not know how to speak to other gentleman or woman. Pathetic work culture. Departmental grocery shop or Local mudir dokan is the right abbreviation for this institution. No HR policy. They don't even follow the rule of labor LAW. They deduct salary for for full day if u are late by 15 mins. There is not CL, PL, SL. You have to come Sunday also. No additional payment or no days off for that. Total holiday is 10 day( including Kali and Durga Puja of 4 days) means total holiday is 6 days in a year. Pathetic increment of 3/4 percent. Salary date is 12/13 of every month.
