“Nothing is better than nonsense” this famous proverb appropriately fits into the frame of this company. In my case, my resume and my experience of 8 years in the field were thoroughly scrutinized, short-listed and after having Interview, I have been offered a job in this company. I have joined the job and worked for 10 days and during this period of my association, my working was appreciated by the Manager of my domain. Suddenly, on 05-09-2023 , I have been summoned by the Manager & HR officials and was shown the exit without assigning any genuine reason. I am at a loss to understand as to how my performance was undermined in spite of founding appropriate my skills and suitability of resume to the job. After this short span of association, suddenly their attitude has become “topsy-turvy” for the reason best known to them, which is creating a doubt in my mind regarding the wisdom of the officials who had scrutinized my resume, experience and suitability to the post after which I was offered the job. The expertise of these people is to take advantage of the situation of the job seekers and later-on showing the EXIT on the plea of non-performance or under performance, which is not only demoralisation but also skills/morale and efficacy assassination of the job seekers (freshers / experienced) which is highly cognizable and condemnable by all software and IT fraternity in Bangalore against them.
