Only work life balance

Dislikes

No job security, no learning, pathetic management. Calling people to work in Covid. If you are 5 mins late they will cut your salary for half day. Feel like working in school. You have to do lunch & take break in their specified time only. My team lead used to sit adjacent to me & keep looking at my screen to see what I am working on. Very unprofessional behaviour. Dont know how to talk to girls.
