Good thing was, I enjoyed my work although it was hectic.

Dislikes

I worked as an associate translation coordinator. The management is terrible. If your team lead dislikes you for something that's not your fault, be ready to put down your papers because somehow they will make you leave. Seen many colleagues leave just because they wanted to stay safe.If you're tough enough to sacrifice your personal life, ready to work during weekends, especially Saturday nights, go for it. The amount they pay is slightly better but if you're a contract/freelance employee you need to wait till the painful middle of the month. And rarely do they hire for day shift. Any grievances or complaints to HR would not work because you can't reach the manager directly but will have to talk to the HR executives and your grievances take a lot of time to get resolved.Be prepared if you're considering this company....Read More

A lot of internal politics that prevents an individual from growing in a company. This company believes it favoritism and not competency. Keep being a yes man to your boss and you'll do great.
