There is nothing to like.

Dislikes

The companies hr and accounts team is very bad. They will deduct your salary without any reason. And also there is no guarantee they will give you any incentive or not. The accounts team go for 1 month of Holidays and the employee dont get paid because of them. I suggest never join the company. As they are doing illegal business.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
