It's my first company so I can't really compare it with any other companies. But I think leaves are enough, the wellbeing subsidy is a good help.

They asked us to come to office thrice a week and stopped the travel allowance. I'm from Mumbai and came to Hyderabad because this was my base location. From past 2 years I stayed here and whenever I ask for a relocation to Mumbai they just start to give me bad reviews in my snapshots. No rewards and recognition even after meeting deadlines. Really comfortable environment which allows you to manage your personal commitments without any pushback. Freedom in how and when we work, especially compared to similar profiles outside Deloitte.

Dislikes

Due to saturation, growth opportunities are limited. The evaluation process is quite frankly a black box and difficult to gauge how to get ahead of expectations to be promoted.

Work Culture within the company is awesome. DEI practise is top notch. You will be in a respectable postion within the company irrespective of your level. Benefits and perks were best in par comparision to the competitors.

Dislikes

Worst work life balance Work hours stretch between 16hrs -18hrs if you are in an implementation project within the Consulting practise. Promotions are not quite good.

With fifteen years of experience across multiple organizations, I have never encountered a company with such evident bias and favoritism as I have at Deloitte U.S. India. The work environment is highly hierarchical, where associates at lower levels often go unrecognized for their efforts. Even for minor achievements, one must produce extensive documentation and presentations just to gain visibility. The counselor structure, which is intended to support associates, falls short in providing any meaningful assistance. Dont like the company culture. Manager treats employee like a labour working for them. No respect, poor worklife balance, salary and work given to the employee doesnt match. Work given is of seniors level but salary given is literal peanuts..not satisfied..looking for job change.

Work Culture in a consulting setup totally depends on the client However the management and leadership is supportive most of the time

The compensation and perks are really good. People who got into good projects they really have good learning. Everything is about the luck how your being pinged to which project.

Dislikes

Got assigned to random projects with no scope of learning. Even graduates with engineering or MBA gets assigned to BPO projects being hired for different roles and skillset. And ruining people's career.
