It really is who you know, and far from what you know. Key performance decisions are made by people that cant always remain impartial. The performance review structure is so that if you do not have a good relationship with your People Lead, your representation at performance panels may not go as well as it could.

As I was from the north region of the country, so I did not like the food provided by the canteen, they only serve the South Indian food. And I also didn't like the work pressure on the US festival, especially on the Black Friday and Christmas.

Regarding behaviour and attitude. Team leaders attitude create uncomfortable and toxic work environment. They are extending hours and assigning jobs after night shift. Designers were treated as machine and there was no humanity.
