The office is very nice. And many of the people who work in IX are really nice.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics involved and you might get caught at the wrong end of it. Your advancement is not solely based on merit, you would need to network and get to know people. Its difficult to make advancement above a certain level unless you have been there for a long long time.
