Expected salary at 10 years: fullstack developer

Hi Everyone, I’m a .NET Full-Stack Developer with 10 years of experience, specializing in Azure, React, and SQL backend development. My current CTC is 22 LPA fixed + 2 LPA variable. Based on my skill set and experience, I feel this is below the market standard. If I continue with Deloitte, I might expect a hike of around 10–20% in June. However, if I switch companies, I believe I could receive offers in the range of 33–35 LPA. I’d really appreciate your thoughts and suggestions. What would be a fair market salary for someone with my experience and skillset? Thanks in advance!

Work life balance is poor. Managers don't have the ability to manage things. They even ask to work at night. High pressure environment. It doesn't feel like involving into a project rather it feels like a burden.
