There is no job security at all. Salary is also not fixed. They have thrown people out at their convenience.

Dislikes

Basically, the company is one man show. They have lost their CSR projects due to misuse of finance. They even not do the paper works correctly. So that you cannot take any legal steps against them.

It's name is trust ..but this NGO ..not doing any go thing .. working environment also not .. it's a one man leading trust ..that person does not take .any good decision ..he is power ..he is everything ..he doesn't believe any body ..

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
