Manager are not knowing him KRA they asked only application if executive have any issues then they saying we don’t no you resolve then what is role of manager only Abusing and shouting.very bad culture DEEM Finance appointed DSA.i had worked with this company in 2015 with DSA credit link group that time really work culture was excellent and got promoted.

Dislikes

Very bad work culture—policy not clear to underwriter-one case approved witch is closed the card month of March 2024 and case rejected witch is closed month of November 2023 last year..this is the knowledge.

It's great experience talking with clients and personally meeting with clients for documents collection superb experience lot of new things to learn

All things we only have to do calling to clients upto collection of documents

Daily we have to make 100 calls have to take all details about client's previous Credit card details bank account details have to ask their profession their salary where they Stay where they are working we use to ask all details from clients

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
