The company has a very strong team and I am proud that I am part of the team which is highly professional, talented and reliable. Multi tasking role has made me capable of handling challenging jobs well. The work culture is highly appreciable. Management always keen on employees employer relations.

Dislikes

Need improvement in organisational structure. Also Duties and responsibilities needs to be reviewed.

Work Details

I have to manage internal administration entirely as well as field jobs. Taking care of work environment and making employees comfortable at work is my priority. Also managing HR responsibilities as well as financial management
