No Appointment order No salary hike If no one available for least salary then they will give hike. No PF, Esi, Experience letter, Relieving lette. They will consider like a labour Ranganathan p**nda M*van PC is there they will treat you like a slave.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
