The company is open and has room for improvements with the policies made. I enjoy the plans and way forward at what top management is doing to carry the company forward in these stressful time but the middle management and lower management blocks the resourceful and innovative ideas to flow down to lower level and at end of the day the good work done by top management becomes unfruitful.

Dislikes

Growth is slow and is personalized. The lower management positions are gained by favoritism and friendship not by performance or accendibility hence making the company unenjoyable and forced to work cause of life pressures otherwise a lot of people will be out of these place.

Work Details

My work is a technology challenging job and needs regular training almost throughout the year since the department is technology based in equipment and instrument that are introduced throughout to keep up with technology and to better up production

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
