Lack of work-life balance the company has an ongoing culture of expecting employees to work around the clock with little regard for personal time or work-life balance Pressure to provide positive feedback- employees are often pressured to submit 5-star reviews which creates an illusion of satisfaction that doesn't reflect the reality of working here.
