Dislikes

Other than job security and free green tea, coffee, everything is dislikable. Most pathetic management and years of experience is treated as a joke. Higher ups with over decade of work experience are less knowledgeable than freshers nor can they provide support. Too much internal politics. You wouldn't even be given training in anything as a fresher and directly be told to handle multiple projects from end to end. The company had stability previously. Now it is more like a Lala company There is no market hire in top management. 90% of the board are more than 10 years with bank. They dont appreciate any efforts to grow
