No recognition. No matter how hard you work and contribute for a project, at the end you will be judged based on the number of BU level KTs that you give. Manager is a puppet to the Singapore team. Some Singapore team members who have zero technical knowledge also dominate and judge the offshore tech team which is not fair. Providesspecial cash award to some people and pays that amount in multiple trunches in the next year to trap employees not to leave the company. This will not be included in your CTC components list at all. Tight deadlines with less number of resources causes less work life balance at DBS. No testers at all.
