Earlier when DTI was growing it was good place to be.

Dislikes

1- more that 50% of time is wasted in process and very less time for actual development work. 2- Very biased environment towards Singapore employees and very poor credibility of DTI guys. 3- Poor appraisal policies now. 4- No phycological safety

No need to worry about Job security at dbs. Plenty of opportunities inside dbs to move across projects and platforms. Work culture needs to be improved by taking more control at Hyderabad than depending more at SG in small areas. Company policies are improved in last 5 years. It takes some more time to mature local policies.

More dependent on SG, no driving control at Hyderabad. More differences in pay scale of employees with same criteria.
