Earlier when DTI was growing it was good place to be.

Dislikes

1- more that 50% of time is wasted in process and very less time for actual development work. 2- Very biased environment towards Singapore employees and very poor credibility of DTI guys. 3- Poor appraisal policies now. 4- No phycological safety

They do not fire people ever, good opportunities to learn, also tries to take care of employee well being genuinely, flexible work hours, lots of holidays and leaves to destress.

- some teams have too much of work stress - SDLC workflow is in very bad shape - yes boss culture from singapore

No need to worry about Job security at dbs. Plenty of opportunities inside dbs to move across projects and platforms. Work culture needs to be improved by taking more control at Hyderabad than depending more at SG in small areas. Company policies are improved in last 5 years. It takes some more time to mature local policies.

Dislikes

More dependent on SG, no driving control at Hyderabad. More differences in pay scale of employees with same criteria.

For me I am able to manage work life balance after few years of joining in dbs. At first it was not good.
