Work life balance is kind a lol. Planning for software building is 0 everything is then and there resulting into bad product and no work life balance at all. Indian counter parts have no decision power which is actually the software power house, hence good design s go to drain and bad products appears. They have ao called dbs agile which is as nasty as it sounds, basically fitting water fall in agile, that u a failed try. They dont force u to leave the company, they simply stop giving u hikes, u leave automatically.
