Work environment is good and Shakir sir help me a lot their special thanks to him. Because he is the person who treats everyone without any partiality. Alll the team members were so friendly. Salary is manageable. Not that much work pressure all the time.

Dislikes

Starting it is good they were provided snacks,tea, coffee all later they was stopped one by one. Some people are their they show partiality. Especially for the girls we were their to do work not to chit chat with the beautiful girls. They don't even fallow employe rules when ever they don't like they will ask them to leave the company.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
