Sneha Mujumdar(Team Leader) is a worst person in this company. She's attitude like a boss of company. even she didn't know how to do work therefore attitude like she master in that work. Talking arrogantly with employees. She don't know how to do the project and she doesn't have much information about the project therefore she give training to the employees which is totally wrong . and if employees did any mistake because of her wrong training therefore she scold that person very arrogantly. Every employees has issue with her. because of Sneha Lot of people terminated by VP. & (MOST IMPORTANT) VP name ARSHIA AHUJA. she is doesn't care about their employees. She treat employees as a slave. She even don't know about any employees Arshia only listen to the SNEHA and whatever SNEHA tell her, follow blindly. Actually ARSHIA AHUJA doesn't has the capability or potential to become a VP but because this company is running by a family so all the head position occupied by the family member. No Job Security - they hire and fire according to their mind. firstly they hired lot of workforce then within one day without any notice directly terminate you No Promotion - all head position occupied by the family member so you dont have any growth here. No salary hike - they will not give you salary hike if someone ask then they say you can earn money from the incentive we will not give hike....Read More

i waste my 1.5 precious year to working in these worst orgnisation.( all employees maybe thinking like this). No career growth. 1) No salary increment - they will not give you a single rupees hike on salary. if your working in this company more then 2-3 years therefore your salary remain same. 2)No promotion - This is family business. all senior position occupied by the family members. so here is you just get a chance to work as a senior. you will not get any kind of promotion here. 3) Senior and VP not have professional attitude - Senior and VP have lot of ego. Team members are know more about work than Senior therefore they have lot of ego. if you hurt their ego they they will target you everytime and scold you in unprofessional language. Vice president never look at you at all if you have any problem. 4)100% accuracy they want - comapny always expecting 100% accuracy from every employees. employees are human not a machine they have some limitation.And company treat their employees like a slave. if your work accuracy is 96-95% then also they will fired you. 5) No job security at all - They can terminate you any time. for example 1) some people in my time completed their work at night time and at the morning they got their termination letter from HR.2) some people are working and suddenly HR send termination email. 6) Less salary - they hired employees in very less salary call centre and other BPO give you more salary than this company. 7) No work culture and all - No other activity happens here. just do work and get salary that's it. 8) No employees welfare - there is no any such kind of schemes here. they will not give you any kind of insurance, PF deducation is decided by you. Limited holidays they provide. sandwich leave on friday and monday. no bonus, no rewards. 9) not going to learn anything in this orgnisation....Read More

when you join this company remember you cant get fire at any time, no matter how many hard work you give to them, they will keep saying improve on your error or else we will remove you thats wrong even if you maintain 100% record they will terminate you… best sign to know when they can remove you is the project will be ending and work load will be low so be prepare if you see any kind of issues like this … Snehu didi is the so called senior which don’t know how to use excel or any office tools .. their way of approaching a error of an employee is worst. they only use blaming method instead of explaining and teaching some right way.. moral of the story join if you want WFH but career wise upgrade on that time and asap leave the company.....Read More
