Many things there are such as no paid leave, salary deducted for every late mark, no phone allowed, no talking to colleges or other employee, no team work, no lunch break with others, etc

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
