Stressful on Due dates and the deadline comes 2-3 times in a month, not rewarded enough for the work we do. Specially I dislike my salary.

Self learning in the field of accounting, gst,itr filing, tax audit, roc.

Dislikes

No work life balance, need to work late night. No proper guidance, support, rude people. Chasing the people the name of few additional leaves and salary/stipend.local clients work. Overall not a good place to learn & grow. In busy season not a single day leave in a month, they want people work like machine for them.
