Rehiring policy. No work load. No work targets.

Dislikes

The company growth is slow. No follow up of the work assigned to you until the deadline. no value of engineers work. Operators are preferred over engineers. Had to do work without proper training. No importance to your skill during appraisal, age is more important. No Hr is available, no clarifications are given to employee during any changes in there salary structure is made.
