My job is really good and my team always give me support when I feel my task is little difficult. My manager is even understanding and help me to learn on the job. I love ro be working here as I am getting to acquire new skills to help me increase my efficiency.

Dislikes

lot of politics, zero job security, no appraisal, toxic boss and zero support from management. Bad reputations among clients as providing worst service to them. Nobody has job satisfaction which is why job switching in just 2 to 3 months is often and very common, specially in sales and marketing.
