Exposure to the international market. Work different compared to what I had done so far. They have good products.

Writing on behalf of all members of design and sampling team. No job security. They offer decent salary and bonus to hire you and then don't pay you for weeks. People are pushed out or rudely fired as soon as work is done. No HR or strong paper work. Owners never stay in contact except whatsap once in 15 days especially when pay is due or even if there is work crisis. No credit or acknowledgements given for hard work done or for orders achieved by teams hard work. Salary delays by 15 days to one month very common. This time salary delay is for 45 days. Owner claims to forget when to pay and how much to pay every time an employee stops coming to work due to non pay of salary. Work place is a shop in lajpat nagar, no office. Poor working conditions. Poor hygiene conditions. Beyond imagination dirty bathrooms. Unhappy and insecure employees as they are treated badly, like servants. Overall will never advice anyone to work here. My consultant revealed later that even she had never heard my boss's voice and now wasn't able to get in touch with her. She advised me to quit or switch jobs ASAP. I decided to quit when they did not pay for 45 days ,made work conditions dangerous for health due to poor hygiene and refused to get in touch. The boss claimee that even though she hired me through Naukri.com, mailed offer letter, transferred salary from Australian, she can still easily deny my or any other employee's alliance with the company if required. The main boss, owner Nikki Bagadia and her son Shivam Bagadia live in Australia. Office in Lajpat managed by her uncle. One boss says one thing, instruct you to work in a certain way and then the other boss contradicts. There is no way to get in touch with them unless they want to be contacted! Worst professional decision of my career to join here. I strongly warn any self respecting person to never join this place!
