Not a good place to work... If you keep your opinion, people will Target you. No increment only work work .. work pressure . They will call in your weekoff to work.. if you deny them, they will use this in every conversation

Dislikes

To much favourism. If you want a stable life, don't work here.. manager will demotivate you.. they are only happy if you are extending and working more then assigned.. no OT, don't work here

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
