I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Excellent work environment and culture. Teams coordination and work management is effective. Staff in the field cater for themselves and sought their own accommodation in the sites. Company policies are a bit unfair by not sorting field accommodation and respond to issues raised on time
