Very Shameless Management Specially Rahim Lakhani and HR personal who suggest like this, they first appoint finance people and then outsource TCS, so no future for those employees who are working with company from starting and when these employee are apply to PF withdrawal they again just passed on to other employee of company. No body works with responsibilities but they are very efficient for passing the passing...Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
