Likes

They are very upfront regarding what they want and don't want. A good place to acquire and learn new skills with strong support. They always pay you for the extra work you take on without having to ask. If you want to grow, this is the place.

Work satisfaction - Excellent
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

The only complaint I have will be work-life balance. You won't get paid leaves, or benefits of that sort here. No matter how sick or unavailable you are YOU HAVE TO complete your share of work. Sometimes you might even have to work overnight but I feel its okay sometimes but tiresome none the less.
