I worked as a executive operations and sales in department of Crazy Safar tours & travel company Pune. Teammates are supportive. It was my dream to work in travel company as traveling is passion. However all my dream were shattered after working with MD of the company. He is accentric & doesn't know employee management. They monitoremployee like nothing By the company's work is quite Good in Maharashtra. And Himachal Pradesh. Good Work environment. But no job security. They cheat you in salary as well as in incentive scheme there is no personal life As they will interfere in everything, ex:- like checking your Cellphone ,politics is there in departments. If you plan to resign They will torture In the Notice Period also in some cases while excepting resignation they threaten us like they called future companies where there employees Were selected & told not to hire them.
