Likes

The culture and working environment is very good for skilled people. The principal of school is very supporting and you will get a chance to raise your level without much interference.

Dislikes

Only the salary part is the matter of concern.

Work Details

I learnt everything on job, I got a chance to use our own method to teach the students in interesting manner.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
