As all the visionary rcm hyderabad employees are fresh graduates we can feel like college environment . Nothing more than that.
Dislikes
They don't know how to behave with employees. No respect. Too long hours. Maximum of days we need to work for 12 hours. They won't give the salary that they offered you. No cab facility. No proper cafeteria. Poor management. Even you won't get your pf mony from the company.

There is no standard in anything. Childish behaviour TLs, Some tls doesnt know code leading but they are team lead using influence. Not even know how to handle team and projects.
