Nothing, terrible , work pressure, HR and managers politics with get your future ruined
Process contract ended and the operation manager ( Mirza) informed on last day of project. HR (Sekar Verma) is big manipulative person and give u false promises. HR and operations both will unite and will through you out of organisation like a tissue paper. They terminated me because of good rating and high performance. I worked hard for the entire year and got 5* rating in KRA which didn't digest them and by giving false excuses they terminated me from the organisation. My previous project is wfh and hey itself terminated the contract from client without thinking or communicating with employees and later asking to report office in a week without any immediate accomodation facility. We demand additional time they terminated the employees. Which makes this organisation as zero security in job and now not ready to pay leaves balance. Don't spoil your future by joining this organisation as they did with me. Find some other good company such as R1 RCM, Optum, eclinical works, Sutherland they are best in terms of job security...Read More

They will select the candidates in Interview & ask them to come & join in our company .Once we enter the company they are saying that there will be training period whereyou need to write the exam daily even you are good scorer on that exam company will eliminate you without any reason.
