Very pathetic working culture, no growth at all. They treat employee as a labour, no fixed shift timings they adjust shift timings according to themselves.no firm company policy as they adjust there policy according to themselves. They dont have trained manager as he himself doesn’t know anything about process. Initally they say that sunday are off but when you step inside then you het to know that there are no fixed sunday off.
