Company initially had good management system but after the change of manager and management system things are pathetic now. Only person is taking entire decision of company and she is just an employee not the head but still management has given her so much of importance and authority so now it is quite difficult to work in that organisation

No proper system of management policies changes daily based on employees... If they want to call employees to office policy changed... They want to remove employee policy changed... They want to change last working of the employee policy changed. No proper system at all
