Worst interview process, hr look clueless asking accounting questions. Accounting policy could be different in different entities but these people rely on ready-made answers .uhh what to say!!!

However u know the job and skillful enough for job description, however u r good in interviews ur salary will be decided upon last drawn. Less skillful person with more last drawn will get more than you. That's how it works here. They don't have robust system or quality HRs to evaluate candidates. They select less deserving candidates and hence employee turnover is also high.

I left the job during training itself (within 10 days) as they bluffed me. They never mentioned about VAT returns or Taxation compliance when they hired, also never told me I'll be a team lead. The pay offered was just like 18% hike from last CTC. Also all the 4 HRs and 1 manager who was training us, I ever communicated had no communication skills or mail writing skills
