Decent flexibility, but working hours can be long for certain teams

No proper hikes considering its a startup, since its a small team there is favoritism towards some employees. Every year 1-2 employees become favorite and then he/she gets good hikes, appraisal every quarter and other opportunities. Others are ignored, even if they do really well.

The owner is a narcissist who hired people just to wave their tale around him. Nothing to learn, just a culture of shouting demeaning as the owner think he is very skilled while have no knowledge of how things actually work.
