They provide salary on time the only good thing. They majorly keep focus on promoting females quickly.

I have observed a disparity in treatment between male and female staff. Female employees appear to receive faster promotions and salary increases, despite having comparable or sometimes lesser skill sets than their male counterparts

The colleagues which I got there, i really enjoyed that

Saying there is no pressure but giving too much pressure and office politics. There is no appreciation for employees.
