Like to work as Chemist, doing experiment with seniors, good work environment in blending area.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics as well as salary and careen growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners. Management does partiality with juniors.

Work Details

The QC CHEMIST job is so much interesting. I learnt everything on the job. I have done so many different works in blending area and production area also.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
